I picked up my repaired 5.2 today and sailed the closest spot again with Simon - Kanaha. I was hoping that he forecasted 2.7m @14secs would produce a substantial wave. It turned out that the swell at Kanaha was of a similar size to yesterday, maybe slightly bigger, but the sets were pushing in more frequently and the best waves were much easier to pick. The morning was very entertaining. I scored loads of waves, soft cock so no really exciting moments, but was great for trying stuff. Attempted some aerials, much later hits on the lips, really vert bottom turns, all good fun. I was fired up for more of the same after lunch but this is our 6th consecutive day of wind and to my frustration fatigue really got the better of me. Not even enough energy to wait at the bus stop. Had to call it quits earlier than planned.

And now I am properly cream crackered. You know life is good when you start praying for a break in the wind and a day off. Let me check the forecast.... Damn.
